A fusion of tradition and
modernity An inn that retains

About tsuruya

This inn was started by my grandmother, who loved celebrations and fun, and my grandfather, who loved gambling.
This has been my playground since I was a child. Customers teach me things, I go out to eat with them, I help with serving meals, and I get paid some pocket money.
As the third generation proprietress, I took over this inn, which is filled with many encounters and memories with my family and our guests.

While the building is based on traditional Japanese architecture such as pillars and stairs that retain the atmosphere of the time it was founded more than 60 years ago, you can enjoy the harmony of modern facilities that have been refreshed through renovations.
We also offer a Japanese home-style breakfast prepared by the landlady.
You can experience Japanese culture firsthand.

Once-in-a-lifetime meeting.
Encounters bring a variety of joys and realizations. I want to cherish such encounters.
We hope that the relationships you have at Oyado TSURUYA will become unforgettable and important in your life. A place where you can feel free to hang out anytime, like friends, regardless of age, rather than just the hostess and customers. I would like to be an inn like that.
